Lower CostThe sender (owner) bears full responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. Freight charges are lower. Best suited for low-value or well-packaged goods.
Carrier Risk
RecommendedThe carrier (logistics company) is liable for loss or damage during transit. Slightly higher freight rates apply. Recommended for high-value B2B consignments.
Payment & Billing Modes

Prepaid
Shipping charges paid upfront by the sender. Ideal for businesses with established courier accounts. Invoices are GST-compliant and reconciled monthly.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
Recipient pays the freight charges at the time of delivery. COD remittances are settled on agreed cycles with full transaction reports.
To-Pay
